Subsea to Topside Cable Transition Joints
Power CSL offers custom designed I-tube mounted transition joints for tie-in of subsea cable or umbilical power cores into oil platform / FPSO electrical systems.
The products which are suitable for installation in zone rated areas on offshore installations utilise Power CSL’s proven jointing technology within purpose designed enclosures. Careful attention is given to the interface with I-tube flange mounting to ensure quick and trouble-free installation.
The transition joint can be configured to include MV power core, optical and LV control core connections and can be provided with an integral hang-off mechanism
If required Power CSL can supply a complete package of transition joint, junction boxes and terminations.
Power CSL offers trained offshore certified technicians for installation and testing of transition joints and terminations.
