Cable Jointing Workshops

Power CSL operate 2 large cable jointing workshops used for the fabrication and qualification of products and for training of cable jointing technicians.

Workshop A is 3,800 sq ft
Workshop B is 1,800 sq ft

The workshops are equipped with a wide range of equipment including :

Drum jacks and mobile cable stands
Cable cutting tools
Large selection of specialist cable preparation tools
Compression equipment for fitting of compression ferrules and lugs
Welding/brazing equipment
A considerable inventory of cable jointing materials
Various cable heating equipment

Products & Services

Power CSL provides a complete range of subsea cable and umbilical products and services – from factory jointing (splicing) of medium and high voltage power cores to thoroughly engineered and tested cable accessories including offshore repair joints.
